FinePrintPaste, link, upload, or photograph any terms of service, contract, or legal document — Know the Fine Print reads the whole thing and tells you what it actually means, in plain English.
Paste text, share a link, upload a PDF or Word doc, or just photograph the pages with your phone.
Every clause, decoded: money terms, deadlines, cancellation traps, and the rights you're giving up.
Arbitration clauses, class-action waivers, auto-renewals, data grabs — surfaced and explained, with a 1–10 sketchiness score.
Your documents are never stored. They're read in memory, analyzed, and discarded — no database, no history, no logs. The only thing we keep is a count of your remaining documents so the paywall works.
No document storage, no history, no logs. Once analyzed, it's gone from our servers.
Analysis runs through Anthropic's API — their policy: your data is never used for training.
We never see your card. No tracking, no ads, no data sale — ever.
1 document · up to 50 pages. First one free.
No. Know the Fine Print explains what the words say in plain English. It's not a lawyer and this isn't legal advice. For anything with real consequences — a divorce, a lawsuit, a big contract — talk to a licensed attorney.
Terms of service, privacy policies, leases, job offers, severance, NDAs, non-competes, divorce settlements, custody agreements, prenups, loans, insurance, medical consent forms, wills, HOAs, car financing, warranties, gym contracts — or anything else. Paste text, share a link, upload PDF/DOCX/TXT, or photograph pages.
Yes — radically so. Your document is analyzed in memory and never stored anywhere: no database, no history, no logs. The text has to travel to Anthropic's servers to be analyzed (that's the product), and their policy says API data is never used for training. We keep only what's needed for billing: an anonymous ID, your remaining document count, and whether you've used your free doc. No analytics, no tracking, no ads, no data sale — ever. Read the full privacy page.
One whole document, up to 50 pages — a 2-page NDA and a 40-page lease cost exactly the same. Unused documents never expire, and there's no subscription or auto-renewal.
No app store needed — it installs straight from your browser, free:
It gets its own icon and opens full-screen, just like a native app — camera and photo uploads included.
Your document is analyzed in memory and discarded — never stored, never logged, never sold. We keep only an anonymous ID and your remaining document count.
Your first analysis is free. After that: $5 per document (up to 50 pages), or 3 for $12.
Saved to your device only — we keep no copy.
Ask anything about this document — "Can I cancel anytime?" "What's the worst clause?"
Last updated October 2026. Short version: we can't leak, sell, or lose what we never keep.
When you analyze a document, it's processed in memory and discarded the moment your analysis is done. We never save your document's text, its filename, or the analysis results — not in a database, not in logs, not anywhere. Close the tab and it's gone, for good.
To be honest about how this works: your document's text is sent to Anthropic's API to perform the analysis — that's the product. Anthropic's policy states that data sent through their API is not used to train their models. We don't send them anything about you — no name, no email, no account.
Payments are processed by Stripe. We never see or store your card details. To count your purchases we keep an anonymous browser ID, your remaining document count, and whether you've used your free document — that's the entire billing record.
No analytics. No tracking pixels. No advertising. No selling data — there isn't any to sell. No accounts, no names, no emails required.
Questions? aiifoshit@gmail.com — write any time. Because we store almost nothing, there's very little we could even tell you about your usage — and we think that's a feature.
Last updated October 2026. Plain English, no traps — we sell a product that reads fine print, so ours had better be readable.
Know the Fine Print reads documents and explains what the words say in plain English. It is not a lawyer, and nothing here is legal advice. For anything with real consequences — a divorce, a lawsuit, a big contract — talk to a licensed attorney.
Your first document analysis is free. After that it's $5 for 1 document, $12 for 3 documents — each document covers up to 50 pages. There is no subscription and nothing auto-renews. Purchased documents never expire.
Billing is handled by Stripe; we never see or store your card number. All sales are final — but if a purchase didn't work on our end, tell us and we'll make it right.
Any document you have the right to share: terms of service, contracts, leases, legal papers. Don't upload anything you don't have the right to — someone else's private documents, stolen data, or anything illegal.
Either way, your document is analyzed in memory and discarded — never stored, never logged, never sold.
We work hard to make analyses accurate, but AI can misread things. Always verify anything that matters before you act on it. The service is provided "as is" — we can't guarantee it's error-free, always available, or fit for any particular legal decision. Our liability is limited to what you paid us in the last 12 months.
If these terms change in a meaningful way, we'll say so on the site. Continuing to use the service after that means you accept the new terms. Questions? Write to aiifoshit@gmail.com any time.
Plain-English explainers for the documents people sign every day — the clauses that matter and the red flags to spot.
$5 = 1 document (up to 50 pages) · $12 = 3 documents.
They never expire.
